Woman extricated from car after two-vehicle crash north of Bemidji

Emergency responders were called at 12:15 p.m. Thursday to a two-vehicle accident next to Tom'Stop, 8000 Irvine Ave. NW, north of Bemidji off of U.S. Highway 71.

One person was transported.

Extrication, or the so-called Jaws of Life, was not needed to get the woman from the vehicle, but emergency personnel did have to help her exit the vehicle.
