Arvilla Wittner will celebrate her 80th birthday with an open house from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, June 21, at the Farden Town Hall located two miles east of MJ Saloon on U.S. Highway 2 E. to Hubbard County Road 101, turn right by park sign and drive approximately one mile.
