BEMIDJI - A winter storm watch has been issued by the National Weather Service, with snow and strong winds expected Sunday night and Monday.
The weather service said north-northwest winds could increase to 25 to 40 mph by Monday morning. Stronger gusts also are possible.
"These winds combined with any falling snow will create blizzard conditions," the weather service said.
