BEMIDJI – This annual winter bird survey will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Lake Bemidji State Park.
The annual count provides a record of the birds this winter in the park. On this year’s birding route participants can travel through hardwood and pine forests either on foot or on skis – depending on snow conditions. Open to all birding abilities. Bring binoculars and field guides. Meet at the Visitor Center.
