Weight-loss challenge offers choice of days

Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday classes are available for a weight-loss challenge that advises proper nutrition and food choices and encourages exercise. All classes will begin at 7 p.m. at 3769 Estate Court N.W. Participants will receive personalized weekly, one-on-one coaching for 12 weeks. The cost is $39, of which $10 will be donated to a children's charity. All money will be paid out in prizes to winners.

The previous challenge ended with an average weight loss of more than 15 pounds and 20 inches per person. The payout was $575.
