Weekend storms cause damage in Blackduck, Hines areas
Reports of downed trees and electrical lines, as well as minor damages to roofs and outbuildings were reported to authorities after severe thunderstorms moved through the Blackduck and Hines areas on Saturday afternoon.
The National Weather Service in Grand Forks, N.D., issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the area, with large hail and high winds expected.
