Warroad man killed in rollover

GRYGLA, Minn. -- A Warroad man died in a one-vehicle rollover accident Friday evening near Grygla in northwest Minnesota.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department has identified the victim as 36-year-old Michael Thiesen.

According to the report, the vehicle was discovered at about 7 p.m. Friday. It was upside down in a ditch with standing water along Marshall County 2, about 5 miles south of Grygla.

When the vehicle was pulled out of the ditch, the victim’s body was found inside.

The body has been taken to University of North Dakota in Grand Forks for an autopsy.
