Wagner-Richter

Marty and Elizabeth Richter of Kennedy announce the engagement of their daughter, Wendy, to Troy Wagner. Troy is the son of Tom and Merlin Wagner of Nisswa and Bev Wagner of Solway.

The couple will wed at 4:20 p.m. June 23 at Lake Bemidji State Park. A reception will be after the wedding at 6 p.m. at the Bemidji Eagles Club. The couple will reside in Bemidji.
