U.S. Highway 2 open through Wilton; no more detour

The eastbound lanes of U.S. Highway 2 west of the junction with state Highway 89 are now open. The west bound lanes were expected to be open by 10 a.m. as crews dismantled the signs. Motorists should continue to use caution in the area throughout the day as crews continue clean up work.
