There was a power outage this morning that affected parts of Bemidji and Cass Lake Wednesday morning.
A spokeswoman with Otter Tail Power Company estimated that less than 4,000 customers were affected by the power loss.
The power outage was due to a downed 115-kilovolt line that between Bemidji and Cass Lake.
The reason for the downed line is still under investigation.
Power went out about 9 a.m. and was fully restored by 9:30 a.m.
The outage affected about one-half of Bemidji and parts of Cass Lake.
