"We are really close to the finish line and should be done tonight, with maybe a few remaining for tomorrow morning," Mitch Raile, a spokesman for Beltrami Electric, said in a news release this morning.

The cooperative started the day with more than 500 customers without power.

Raile said any members who have not called to report an outage and remain without power should contact Beltrami Electric.

"If they don't call, we have no idea whether or not they are living without electricity," he said. "Our crews will then come out to their location on Saturday morning and get them hooked back up."

Two rounds of storms this week knocked out power to approximately 5,600 customers. Otter Tail Power also had about 4,400 customers lose power.
