Lana Jean Suggs, daughter of Linda Schmidt of Bremerton, Wash., and the late Louis J. Schmidt Jr. of Mt. Clemons, Mich, and Donald Ray Turk Jr., son of Donald Turk Sr. of Bemidji, and Lynn Stivers of Springfied, Mo., were married at noon Saturday, May 21, 2011, in Bemidji, at the Diamond Point Park Pavilion.

Lana attends Bemidji State University. She is an elementary education major.
Donald attends Bemidji State University. He is a nursing major. He works as a Customer Service Supervisor at Walmart in Bemidji.
The couple will reside in Bemidji.
