Travis Kim Boe, 21, of Bagley, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008, at the Clearwater Memorial Hospital in Bagley.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, at the Faith Lutheran Church in Bagley with Mardy Schermerhorn officiating. A wake will begin at 4 p.m. Jan. 2 at the Rice Lake Community Center in Rice Lake, Minn., and will continue until noon Jan. 3. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in the Bagley City Cemetery in Bagley.
The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted the family with arrangements.
He was born on May 15, 1987, to Sandy Randberg and Randy Boe in Fosston, Minn. He grew up in Bagley and attended Bagley Elementary and High School. He was involved in football and basketball. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, snowmobiling, riding his four-wheeler and driving in demolition derbies. He was employed by TJ Underground Fiber Optics near Clearbrook, Minn. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his mother of Bagley; father of Emerado, N.D.; step-father, Lewis "Duffy" Norlander of Bagley; brother, Todd Boe of Bagley and sister, Rayhanne Openshaw of Bagley.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bernice Randberg and Archie Randberg and paternal grandparents, Mayme Boe and Henry Boe.
