Track and field: Bemidji gains valuable experience at Hamline Elite meet

ST. PAUL -- Jenna Truedson finished second in the 1600 and Sam Carlson was third in the 800 and the veteran runners led the Bemidji track and field athletes at Friday's Hamline Elite Meet.

Truedson completed the race in a school-record time of 4:56.65 and was only .29 seconds behind the winner, Anna French of Wayzata.
