Three northern teams still alive in state football playoffs
Brainerd, Goodridge-Grygla and Cromwell were the only northern survivors in the opening round of the state high school football playoffs.
Almost all of the 48 first-round games were played before Saturday's blizzard which struck southern Minnesota and postponed two of the six Saturday games. Both were replayed last night.
