Thief River Falls sinks Bemidji 65-55 in boys basketball

Thief River Falls cruised to a 65-55 win over Bemidji boys basketball on Tuesday in Thief River Falls.

Micah Schneider led the Prowlers with 13 points.

Bemidji couldn't capitalize on offense, missing many scoring opportunities.

"We did not shoot well," Bemidji coach Jeff Brown said. "There were a lot of open opportunities, but we didn't knock them down."

Carey Woods led the Lumberjacks with 22 points. Cody Rutledge pitched in 13 points.

"Thief River Falls played aggressive defense," Brown said. "We did not come to play."

Nathan Hruby scored 12 points for Thief River Falls while Jaylon Gunderson added 11 points.
