Thief River Falls man charged with solicitation of children
HALLOCK, Minn. -- A Thief River Falls man has been charged with electronic solicitation of children after being arrested Thursday.
Marty D. Johnson, 51, was arrested in Pennington County by the Kittson County Sheriff’s Department, Chief Deputy Steve Porter said in a Kittson County sheriff’s news release.
Johnson’s criminal charge could mean imprisonment for up to three years, a $5,000 fine or both, Porter said.
Johnson was being held in Kittson County Jail and was expected to have his first court appearance in Hallock on Friday.
