SWIMMING: Frey’s school record leads Bemidji to meet victory

GRAND RAPIDS – The final week of extended workouts for the Bemidji High School swimmers finally ended Friday. The Lumberjacks proved that they can perform in spite of being sore and exhausted as they capped the regular season with a victory in the Grand Rapids Invitational.

BHS finished with 631 points while Duluth East had 610, Grand Rapids 519 and Hibbing 519.
