Swenson, Bohlig, Hendricks, Wallner selected to Hall of Fame
This year's Bemidji High School Hall of Fame inductees are familiar with what it takes to achieve team and individual success.
Representing four different decades, this year's group will officially be inducted into the BHS Athletic Hall of Fame on May 14 during the annual Lum-berjacks athletic and Hall of Fame ceremony at the high school commons.
Tickets for the event, which begins at 6 p.m., are $11 and may be purchased at the BHS activities office 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each week day through May 9.
The 2012 Hall of Fame inductees are Fred Swenson, Kevin Bohlig, Troy Hen-dricks and Kristy Wallner. The group joins 70 former Lumberjacks who already belong to the Hall of Fame.
The Hall of Fame ceremo-ny will also pay tribute to this year's Lumberjacks athletes, especially the seniors. Dur-ing the fall athletic seasons 58 seniors received letters. Another 46 seniors lettered during the winter and the spring rosters include 38 seniors who are expected to earn letters.
