Sustainable Tuesdays focus on yard waste

BEMIDJI – Sustainable Tuesdays will continue with its next installment, Compost and Yard Waste Night, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Rail River Folk School.

Brett Cease will address setup and maintenance of backyard composting bins, discuss the demolition site south of the city and will cover other compost-related topics suggested by attendees.
Sustainable Tuesdays is a partnership program offered by the Indigenous Environmental Network, Minnesota GreenCorps, Rail River Folk School and Bemidji State University’s Sustainability Office.
