Supreme Court refuses to hear case on Minnesota campaigning law
WASHINGTON — The U.S. Supreme Court will not hear a case about a Minnesota law that bans campaigning at the polls on election day.
Conservative groups Minnesota Majority and North Star Tea Party Patriots were among those that challenged the law. They mostly were complaining about buttons and shirts promoting a political position.
