Robert Treuer recently spoke to sophomore students at Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig High School about his life in Austria when the Nazis invaded and about his escape to England and eventually to the United States. He gave a first-hand account of narrowly escaping from Nazi-controlled Austria with his mother and attending a boarding school in England.
