Students learn about medical care
Two members of Ridgewater College in Willmar brought their Mobile Medical Lab to town Thursday to work with 40 Bemidji High School students in the medical career program. Shown above (at right) is Marcus Jakes, a paramedic instructor, as he shows Sarah Forsyth how to install a tracheotomy tube as the students watch a camera monitor to open a patient’s airway.
