Students celebrate Arbor Day

Minnesota Department of Natural Resources forester Charles Krysel, right, holds a flowering Royalty Crab tree for Ann Hedlund's third-grade class at Lincoln Elementary on Thursday as part of their Arbor Day celebration. The students working with the DNR and the city planted three trees at the Kid's Fishing Pond. This is an annual event for Mrs. Hedlund's class. In the past, trees were planted at Schumunk's Park.
