Deanne Murphy of Northland Community and Technical College will present "Strength Quest," which is designed to help participants capitalize on their own strengths and those of their teams in pursuit of more passionate, more productive, less stressed employees who make significant contributions to their organizations.

Research indicates that only 20 percent of people say they are doing what they do best at work each day, and those 20 percent are six times more likely to be emotionally engaged on the job and three times more likely to report an excellent quality of life in general, according to a news release from the CRI.

Registration is not required. Attendees are welcome to bring lunch. Sessions are free and open to anyone interested.

For details, call the CRI at 755-4900, 888-738-3224, e-mail cri@bemidjistate.edu, or visit www.cri-bsu.org
