Stellher hires two new therapists
Stellher Counseling Services has two new part-time therapists on staff.
Emily Paine, a licensed clinical social worker, is currently seeing children, age 5 and older, through adult clients three days a week. Paine attained her undergraduate degree from Bemidji State University and her master's degree from the University of North Dakota. She has provided therapy to children, teens, adults and families, primarily within the Bemidji Area Schools setting, since 2009.
Kyra Wurm, who is on licensed professional clinical counselor licensure track, is providing services to the early childhood population, ages birth to 5 years old, also three days a week. Wurm earned a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from South Dakota State University and taught kindergarten for three years. She is currently completing a master's degree in counseling psychology at Bemidji State University. Prior to joining Stellher's Early Childhood Outpatient Program, Wurm worked as a school-based mental health practitioner in Blackduck and Kelliher.
