State Patrol: 6 rollovers among 16 crashes in northwest, west-central Minnesota
Slippery roads contributed to 16 crashes, including six rollovers, that Minnesota State Patrol troopers responded to in norrthwest and west-central Minnesota on Wednesday, the Patrol said in a release this morning.
But motorists who were driving too fast for conditions figured into the majority of the crashes, according to the Patrol.
Two of the crashes resulted in non-serious injuries, the Patrol said.
An additional 10 vehicles had also slipped off the roads in these regions.
Interstate 94 near Moorhead and U.S. Highway 2 near Bemidji were the areas with the most incidents, the Patrol said.
