State Capitol: Little has changed since campaign
ST. PAUL -- Two high-level meetings Saturday showed no progress toward solving Minnesota's budget dispute.
The stalemate, which produced familiar rhetoric from both sides, prompted one legislative staffere to joke: "This could have been November."
