Spring load restrictions to be lifted Thursday

BEMIDJI - Spring load restrictions for north central and northern Minnesota frost zones will end Thursday, the Beltrami County Sheriff's Office announced Monday.

Roads restrictions on all bituminous routes will be lifted effective 12:01 am Thursday.

However, five tons per axle restrictions will remain on all gravel surface routes within the county until further notice because of soft roadbed conditions.
