Someone Special Volunteers: Fredenburg, Jacobson recognized

BEMIDJ I-- The Bemidji Senior Activity Center has recognized Dolores Fredenburg and Selma Jacobson as "Someone Special Volunteers."

Fredenburg is the manager of the Senior Creations Gift Shop and has been volunteering since the mid '90s. She has done the accounting and bookwork for the gift shop and oversees 17 volunteers and 96 vendors who have their work for sale in the shop.

Jacobson is the assistant manager of the Senior Creations Gift Shop and has also been volunteering since the mid '90s. She has dedicated many hours ensuring that it runs smoothly and also assists the executive director of the center with keeping track of memberships.

The Bemidji Pioneer, Paul Bunyan Broadcasting, Ken K. Thompson and the United Way recognize "Someone Special Volunteers" who have made significant contributions to the community.
