Snow is on the way to Bemidji; up to five inches could fall by Tuesday

A winter storm watch has been issued for the Bemidji area, and it could result in up to five inches of new snow early this week.

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks says snow is likely on Monday as a system moves into the area from Colorado. Temperatures are expected to be in the low 30s on Monday. Snow is likely again on Tuesday and could be heavy at times.
