Sex offender moving to Naytahwaush

WHITE EARTH -- The White Earth Police Department has issued a notification that a level two sex offender moved to the Blair Road area of rural Naytahwaush on Monday.

Shannon Lee Londo, 30, has a history of engaging in sexual contact with a female adult victim who was in a vulnerable state. Londo’s contact included penetration. He was not known to his victim.

Londo was convicted of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in 2007. The White Earth Police Department releases information on Londo pursuant to Minnesota Statute 243.166 or 243.167. Londo is not wanted by the police and has served the sentence imposed on him by the court.

There are three levels of offenders based on the individual’s risk to reoffend. Level one carries a lower risk to the public, level two is moderate and three is higher. Additional information on sexual predators can be found at
