Dr. Seuss's Birthday Party
By Alisha Gehlert
On March 10, the Kelliher elementary students celebrated Dr. Seuss's birthday. Along with the Kelliher FCCLA members we celebrated with reading, games based off off Dr. Seuss's books, a coloring contest, and of course cake and swirls.
Ann Poxleitner and AlishaGehlert planned Dr. Seuss's birthday party with the help of the Kelliher FCCLA members. Their Cat in the Hat this year was Alex Gehlert, who directed the Cat in the Hat says (Simon Says). The group received thanks from teachers saying that they did a great job planning Dr. Seuss's birthday party.
Anybody could tell just from being at the party that EVERYBODY was having a blast!
