According to the Minnesota State Patrol report from Thief River Falls:

Jason Guy, 24, of Roseau, was driving the trailer truck south on state Highway 32 near Greenbush. Donald O. Blazek, 73, of Middle River, was driving the school bus south with 12 students aboard. The tractor trailer merged into the northbound lane to make a wide right turn. The bus driver didn't see any indications of turning and believed the vehicle was turning left. The bus driver attempted to pass on the right side of the truck. The truck turned right resulting in the collision.

Blazek suffered non-life-threatening injury. Guy was not injured. The names and addresses of the students were unavailable, but they had no apparent injuries.
