Santa, Mrs. Claus visit Cass Lake

Santa and Mrs. Claus (Steve & Julie Ballou from Break On The Lake Resort) came to Cass Lake on Saturday, to participate in the "Shacks On Second" Parade. The event kicked off the celebration welcoming winter to Cass Lake. There were 10 participants in the parade including Miss Cass Lake, Kit Rousou, Mayor LaDuke and various ice shacks decorated for the holiday season. After the parade Coyote 102.5 entertained the crowd at the Big Tap with music followed by the American Legion in Cass Lake hosting the local band Native Thing.
