Sanford offering free health workshop

Sanford Health is offering a Better Choices, Better Health workshop to teach effective self-management skills for those facing ongoing health conditions.

The free workshop will last six weeks, and will be held from 9:30 a.m.-noon Wednesdays from April 4 through May 9 at Bemidji Evangelical Covenant Church.

The Better Choices, Better Health workshop was developed by Stanford University, and includes skill education in problem solving, goal-setting, relaxation techniques, and more. The workshop will be facilitated by two trained leaders with ongoing health issues.

Registration is required, and can be completed by calling Sanford Health at (877) 234-4240.
