Bone Builders osteoporosis prevention exercise group will meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9 a.m. The group that meets at Faith Lutheran Church continues to meet Mondays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. All sessions are led by trained volunteers and are open to new participants at any time. There is no cost to participate but signed medical clearance statements must be produced to begin.
Mental Health counseling services are available in Blackduck by arrangement with Stellher Human Services at 751-5919.
The Resource Center's Service Access office will be open this week Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and Thursday from 1-3:30 p.m. Phone 835-5768. Information is available regarding many varied and helpful programs in Beltrami County and the region. Application assistance and advocacy is free.
The Kelliher Resource Center Service Access office is open the second and fourth Monday of each month from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Phone 647-8575 or call the Blackduck office.
The Northome Resource Center is available (at the Northome City Library) by calling 897-5565 for information, referrals or assistance.
Walk-ins can be made Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 8:30-9:00 a.m. or any other time by appointment. Lifeline Emergency Response units are available for those seeking assistance to remain safely in their homes.
