Republican governor candidates split over rural issues
ST. PAUL — Minnesota’s major Republican governor candidates have sounded a lot like four peas in a pod, showing few policy differences.
However, when asked about how they would deal with areas of the state outside the Twin Cities, some splits begin to surface.
