Regional job fair seeks employers for upcoming event in Bemidji

BEMIDJI – Employers and vendors have until Nov. 1 to sign up for an upcoming regional job fair and still be included in marketing for the event.

The Job Fair for the Greater Bemidji Region will be from 4:30-7 p.m. Nov. 15 at the Sanford Center.

Greater Bemidji, the Bemidji Area Chamber of Commerce, Rural MN CEP, and the Minnesota Workforce are sponsoring the job fair “to connect companies with potential employees looking for work in the greater Bemidji region.”

Employers signed up by the Nov. 1 deadline will be listed in marketing for the event.

“We will be marketing the Job Fair extensively to potential employees in the coming weeks,” reads an email from Dave Hengel, executive director for Greater Bemidji. “In the marketing, we will be listing the employers already registered to participate. Being listed is great marketing for your company, and will draw additional employees to the event that may meet your needs.”

Employers signed up by the deadline will receive half off registration, which provides booth space, refreshments and a light supper, not to mention access to hundreds of potential employees.

For more information, contact Hengel by phone at (218) 444-5757 or email at dhengel@greaterbemidji.com.
