Redby woman indicted for accessory to murder; Superseding indictment against Redby men adds first-degree murder charge
A Redby woman has been indicted in federal court March 8 in connection to the Nov. 3 murder of one man and the wounding of two others.
Jerilee Jane Head, 21, was charged with one count of being an accessory after the fact. The indictment, which was filed under seal March 8, was unsealed following Head's initial appearance Tuesday in federal court in Bemidji. She was arrested Monday by the FBI.
