Redby man sentenced for Sept. 2 assault

A 31-year-old Redby man has been sentenced in federal court for assaulting another man without cause on Sept. 2.

Appearing before United States District Court Chief Judge Michael J. Davis in Duluth, Roy Randolf White Sr. was sentenced to 57 months in prison for one count of aggravated assault.


White was indicted on Dec. 9 and pleaded guilty Jan. 28.
