The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:

Theft

8:39 a.m. Friday, 700 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A sign atop a vehicle was stolen. The loss is valued at $150.

4:27 p.m. Saturday, Wal-Mart. A black Sak purse was left in a cart in the cart corral. When its owner returned about 10 minutes later, it was gone. The purse contained checkbooks, credit cards, a $220 check, $80 cash and keys.

Gas drive-off theft

5 p.m. Saturday, 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest.

Property damage

11:38 a.m. Sunday, 10900 block of Washington Avenue South.

Hit-and-run accident

11:03 p.m. Sunday, Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest and Middle School Drive Northwest.

9:09 p.m. Saturday, 400 block of Fourth Street Southeast. Medical call.

4:10 a.m. Sunday, 48200 block of 323rd Avenue. Mutual aid for Cass Lake fire.

7:14 a.m. Sunday, 3900 block of Irvine Avenue North. Medical call.

10:41 a.m. Sunday, 400 block of Island View Drive. Fire, nothing found.

12:03 p.m. Sunday, 800 block of Dewey Avenue Northeast. Medical call.

12:52 p.m. Sunday, 700 block of Carr Lake Road Southeast. Possible fire, nothing found.

5:42 p.m. Sunday, 6700 block of Fourth Street Northwest. Medical call.

9:44 p.m. Sunday, Walnut Hall at Bemidji State University. Fire alarm, canceled en route.

11:03 p.m. Sunday, Wal-Mart. Hit-and-run accident with possible injuries. Victim was gone upon arrival.

10:22 a.m. Monday, 3100 block of Maple Leaf Court Northwest. Medical call.
