Ramsey-Downs

Jena Ramsey, daughter of Russ and Linda Ramsey of Park River, N.D., and Ryan Downs, son of Jerry and Leslie Downs of Bemidji, were married July 23 at Hope Lutheran Church in Walker. The reception was held at Chase on the Lake in Walker.

Jena is a graduate of Park River High School in Park River, N.D., University of North Dakota and University of Minnesota. She teaches second grade in the Blaine School District.

Ryan is a graduate of Bemidji High School, University of North Dakota and St. Cloud State University. He is currently a senior accountant at Optum Health in Eden Prairie. The couple resides in St. Louis Park.
