Pop can tabs being collected

The Bemidji Middle School Student Council has started a drive to collect pop can tabs to be donated to the Ronald McDonald House. On Friday morning, the council members emptied the donated tabs into a special oak cabinet custom made by Greg Geller. The collection has reached more than 150,000 tabs.
