Merlin and Debra Bertilson of Elk River, Minn., announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Amanda, to Michael Pommerening, son of Lowell and Barbara Pommerening of Bemidji.

The couple will be married Saturday, June 19, at Grace Lutheran Church in Fargo, N.D.
Amanda graduated with a master's degree from Bemidji State University in 2009. She is employed at US Bank.
Michael is a 2005 graduate of Bemidji State University with a degree in business administration. He is employed at Verizon Wireless.
The couple will reside in Fargo.
