Police Report for May 2
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
1:50 a.m. Wednesday, 900 block of Beltrami Avenue Northwest. A caller reported his ex-wife was hacking into his computer.
8:57 p.m. Tuesday, Subway South. A 34-year-old woman was arrested and cited for trespass after passing out in the restroom and refusing to vacate.
4:20 p.m. Tuesday, 2600 block of Calihan Avenue Northeast. Prescription pills were stolen.
3:36 p.m. Tuesday, 1800 block of Division Street West. A hit-and-run accident in a parking lot.
3:11 p.m. Tuesday, Marketplace Foods. Suspicious activity was caught on video.
2:13 p.m. Tuesday, Bemidji Middle School. A student was found to be in possession of marijuana.
The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls:
6:16 p.m. Tuesday, 7800 block of Gillden Road Northeast. A semi-trailer truck got stuck and was blocking the road. The truck was cleared by tow.
5:29 p.m. Tuesday, 12200 block of Muninn Lane Northwest. An unmanned fire that got out of control was eventually controlled by neighbors who saw it. The report will be forwarded to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
5:11 p.m. Tuesday, Bemidji Road Northeast. Stolen goods were recovered.
12:24 p.m. Tuesday, Highway 72 Northeast, Blackduck. Items were stolen from a storage unit.
11:11 a.m. Tuesday, 2700 block of Rayne Court Northeast. A person reported property being damaged due to a grass fire.
