Police report
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
Property Damage
11:49 p.m. Friday, 1700 block of Park Avenue Northwest. Complaint of a house that had egg thrown at it.
Theft
10:22 p.m. Friday, Walmart. An adult female was cited for shoplifting.
8:54 p.m. Friday, 400 block of Stoner Avenue Northeast. A Stoner Avenue street sign was stolen.
4:30 p.m. Friday, Walmart. An individual reported leaving her walled in a cart at Walmart. The individual returned and the wallet was gone.
Disorderly Conduct
10:59 a.m. Friday, Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. An intoxicated man was reported under the bridge. Officers were advices that he had been asking for money but not trying to fight anyone. The man was advised to leave people alone.
Animal
10:28 a.m. Friday, Luekens North. A stray female Labrador golden retriever mix wandered into the grocery store. The caller asked the dog to be removed. The dog was non aggressive and very friendly upon retrieval and was impounded.
