The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following reports:

Disorderly conduct

7:59 a.m. Tuesday, 600 block of America Avenue Northwest. Individuals were reportedly drinking alcohol in a government building. The report was unfounded as they were found to be drinking sports drinks.

5:46 a.m. Tuesday, 2500 block of Lake Avenue Northeast. An intoxicated person voluntarily left the residence and was given a ride to the Law Enforcement Center.

Peace disturbance

1:48 a.m. Tuesday, 900 block of 30th Street Northwest. Three individuals, ages 18-20, were arrested for minor consumption and violating no-drink orders.

Drugs

12:34 a.m. Tuesday, 500 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. A man was issued a citation for possessing a small amount of marijuana.

Assault

10:56 p.m. Tuesday, Orton's. An assault was reported. The victim was transported to Sanford Bemidji Medical Center.

Property damage

6:23 a.m. Monday, 400 block of 19th Street Northeast. A game room door was kicked in.

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following reports:

Drugs

4:17 p.m. Monday, 7100 block of Irvine Avenue Northwest. A person was reportedly using and selling marijuana.
