Police and sheriff report for June 13
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
11:50 p.m. Tuesday, 207 Second St. NW. Two juveniles were charged after an attempted burglary at Pawn USA.
11:08 a.m. Tuesday, 1900 block of Middle School Drive Northwest. A student had drugs and a knife at the middle school.
6:23 a.m. Tuesday, 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Northwest. Officers responded a shoplifting complaint, where they arrested a 21-year-old man on charges of felony fifth-degree drug possession. A 25-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant and shoplifting.
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls:
2:41 a.m. Tuesday, Adams Avenue Southwest. Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle crashing through a fence, and the occupants of the car fleeing the scene. Two 32-year-old women were arrested on charges of vehicle theft.
