Police Report
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls:
Thefts
9:25 a.m. Monday, 2900 block of Pine Ridge Avenue Northwest. A theft was reported.
1:28 a.m. Monday, 500 block of 21st Street Northwest. A theft from a vehicle was reported.
5:20 p.m. Sunday, 200 block of Lake Avenue Southeast. Gutters were stolen from a vacant home.
4:26 p.m. Sunday, 700 block of 10th Street Northwest. A burglary was reported.
1:35 p.m. Sunday, 1100 block of Minnesota Avenue Northwest. A theft was reported.
1:58 a.m. Sunday, 24th Street. Property was stolen from a vehicle.
2:42 p.m. Saturday, 900 block of 26th Street Northwest. A bike was stolen.
Assaults
12:26 p.m. Saturday, 1000 block of Washington Avenue South. An assault was reported.
1:17 a.m. Saturday, intersection of 13th Street and Irvine Avenue Northwest. An assault victim was taken to the emergency room by ambulance. Two male suspects were not found.
Sheriff’s Report
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls:
Weapons
12:45 a.m. Sunday, 100 block of Centerline Road North. A bar patron reportedly had a gun on him.
Thefts
4:12 p.m. Saturday, Power Dam Road Northeast. A theft was reported.
12:09 p.m. Saturday, 15th Street Northwest. Items were stolen from a garage two weeks ago.
Fire Report
The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls:
2:16 p.m. Saturday, 1555 Paul Bunyan Drive NW. Fire in wooded area behind First Baptist Church.
8:10 p.m. Saturday, 1900 block of Delton Avenue Northwest. Medical call.
4:16 a.m. Sunday, 1800 block of Little Norway Avenue. Report of an unattended brush pile fire turned out to be a small smoldering campfire, which was put out.
12:01 a.m. Sunday, intersection of 4th Street and America Avenue. Medical call.
3:41 p.m. Sunday, 2300 block of Calihan Avenue Northeast. Occupants told to extinguish oversized campfire.
6:52 p.m. Sunday, 900 block of 26th Street Northwest. Unauthorized burning.
